Ajinas brings over 10 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, financial reporting and advisory services across Saudi Arabia and India. He spent four years with EY, one of the Big Four accounting firms, building a strong foundation in audit, assurance, financial reporting and internal controls, before serving as Chief Audit Executive with a construction company in Saudi Arabia and later as Audit Manager with an audit firm there, managing engagements across industries including jewellery, IT, manufacturing, construction and trading.
His core areas of expertise span statutory and internal audit, risk advisory, Saudi taxation and Zakat, accounting and financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls and business process re-engineering. As Director at Zento Solutions, he leads the firm's delivery of internal audit, risk advisory, company formation and corporate services, statutory audit support, accounting and financial reporting, tax and Zakat advisory, and virtual CFO services, with a focus on solutions that are practical, commercially relevant and compliance-focused.
